Share your logo or design details, or select blank beanies. We'll create a digital mockup and email it to you within 24 business hours (Mon–Fri).
2. Approve Your Mockup
Review the mockup and request any changes. Once approved, we'll send you an accurate quote.
3. Approve Quote & Make Payment
After payment, your order is officially placed into production. Your business account will be finalized if it wasn't already created.
4. First Sample Approval
We'll produce a first sample beanie and send you a photo for final approval before full production begins.
5. Production & Shipping
Once approved, we complete production and ship your order.

We also offer additional customization options, including direct embroidery and other methods, but leatherette patches with laser engraving or UV color printing are our recommended solution for the highest level of detail and overall finish.

We accept vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF for the best results. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work. If you need help with your artwork, our design team can assist you.
Is there a setup fee for custom embroidery?
Yes, there is a one-time setup fee for digitizing your artwork for embroidery. This fee covers the creation of your custom embroidery file, which we keep on file for future orders at no additional charge. There is no setup fee for laser engraved patches from our ready made patch sizes.
Can I mix and match colors in one order?
Absolutely. You can mix colors and styles within your order as long as you meet the minimum quantity of 60 units per style and color combination.
How many thread colors can I use in my embroidery?
We can accommodate up to 15 thread colors in a single embroidery design. However, simpler designs with fewer colors often produce the cleanest, most professional results.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
Yes, with UV print we on leatherette we can match your brand logo colors.

What is the typical production time for custom orders?
Standard production time is 1-2 weeks from artwork approval and order confirmation. This includes knitting, customization, quality control, and packaging. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order.
Do you offer rush production?

How are orders shipped?
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS depending on your location and delivery preferences. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your beanies arrive in perfect condition.

This ordering process is the same for blank beanies and custom-branded beanies. After submitting your request, our team will create your custom mockup and email it to you within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday).
Once you approve the mockup, we’ll send you an accurate quote. After quote approval and payment, your order moves into production. We’ll produce a first sample beanie and send you a photo for final approval before full production begins.
After approval, we complete production and ship your order. Beanies are packed 60 per box. Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days via USPS when using our shipping account. For orders over 10 boxes, we recommend LTL freight shipping, which is typically used for shipments 150 lbs or more that take up part of a truck.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an error on our part or a quality issue, we will work with you to make it right.
What if I receive a defective product?
