Shipping & Delivery

Where Is My Order / When Will I Receive My Items?

You will receive tracking number for each order shipment. 

In-stock items: Ship immediately. Once shipped, standard delivery times apply. If your order includes multiple items with different shipping dates, we ship each item as soon as it is ready.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • U.S. shipments: 2–9 business days (depending on shipping method)
  • International shipments: 4–20 business days
  • South America, Middle East, Asia: 1–3 months after shipping

Always check the product description for estimated ship dates before ordering.

What Is a Pre-Order or Backorder?

Pre-order: Allows us to manufacture based on demand and reduce waste.

Backorder: The product has sold out and is being remanufactured.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide except for certain restricted countries due to carrier limitations or legal restrictions. If we cannot ship to your country, you will see a notice at checkout and will not be able to complete the purchase.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Shipping method
  • Destination country
  • Carrier rates

Can I Update My Shipping Address After Ordering?

Yes—if your order has not shipped yet. Email us immediately at cr@tbfus.com with your order number and updated address.

If your order has already shipped:

  • You must contact the courier directly to request a reroute.
  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee.

The Beanie Factory is not responsible for incorrect addresses if we were not notified before shipment.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.

If your order is late or tracking is not updating:

  • Contact the carrier first for real-time updates.
