Return & Exchange Policy 

At The Beanie Factory USA, every product is crafted with care, precision, and pride in American-made quality. Because we are a B2B manufacturer and most of our products are made-to-order or customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the majority of orders. This policy ensures consistent pricing, protects our production process, and guarantees that each item you receive has been created specifically for your business or client.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Final Sale Policy

All sales are considered final unless one of the following applies:

  • The product is defective upon arrival
  • The product was damaged during shipping

If any of these situations occur, you must follow the steps in Section 4.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom products, including private label items or products with personalized designs, logos, embroidery, patches, or printing
  • Made-to-order or limited-edition products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition or missing tags, labels, or packaging
  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or alterations after delivery

3. Restocking Fee

For any approved return not related to damage or our error, a 35% restocking fee will apply. This fee covers labor, materials, inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs associated with made-to-order production.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at cr@tbfus.com
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue, product, and packaging condition
  • Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved

Claims submitted after 3 business days may not be eligible for review.

If approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

5. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union:

  • You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs

This policy does not apply to custom or personalized products, which are exempt under EU law.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

7. Refusal of Packages

Refusing delivery without prior authorization does not qualify as a valid return. You may still be responsible for restocking fees, reshipping fees, or both.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We take fraudulent claims and chargeback abuse seriously. All orders are documented with photos, timestamps, and customization records prior to shipment. In the event of a chargeback, we will provide full evidence—including proof of delivery, design approvals, and production details—to protect our business and enforce our policies.
