Beanies are also known as knit caps, skullcaps, winter hats, or toques. No matter the name, we manufacture them with premium American craftsmanship.

Yes. All of our models; Beanie Base, Beanie Flex, and Beanie Pro are available blank, fully customized or Retail Display ready with The Beanie Factory Branding.

Yes. Samples can be arranged so you can feel the quality, fit, and construction before placing a larger order.

Rush options may be available depending on the season and customization. Contact our team to check availability. In general, The Beanie Factory team are super fast in completing all orders on time or before.

We offer three core models:
• Beanie Base – solid‑color beanies sewn in the traditional way, available in cuffed or uncuffed.
• Beanie Flex – two‑color knitted beanies available in Fusion, Contrast, or Roro patterns.
• Beanie Pro – any Base or Flex style upgraded with our patented H‑Stitch construction for superior comfort.

We also offer Kids beanies (CPC Certified)

All three models can be customized with patches, embroidery, woven labels, and private label branding. The Flex offers the widest variety of patterns and visual styles.

Yes. We offer both adult and youth sizes, all made with the same premium materials. CPC Certified for kids.

Our beanies are one‑size‑fits‑most with excellent stretch, making them comfortable for a wide range of head sizes.

For Kids we do make them smaller to fit kids as young as 18 months to 5 years.

Yes. Every style is designed for universal wear and looks great on everyone.

Yes. All models are available in cuffed or uncuffed versions depending on your preference.

We use 100% premium acrylic yarn chosen for durability, softness, warmth, and long‑lasting color retention. Also, the preferred material for most when it comes to beanies.

The H‑Stitch is our patented construction inspired by years of military experience. It moves the traditional top seam to the sides, eliminating the pressure point found in standard beanies. This creates a smoother, more comfortable fit; especially under helmets and hard hats.

The Beanie Pro line features the H‑Stitch. Any Base or Flex style can be upgraded to a Pro for improved comfort and performance.

We stock 12 core colors and offer additional patterns and specialty styles. Custom colors can be produced for qualifying orders.

Black, Green, Gray, Denim Blue, Blue, Brown, Red, Orange, Beige, Pink, Maroon, Burgundy.

We offer 14 ready‑to‑use patch shapes — all made in our Parma, Ohio facility — including squares, circles, rectangles, hexagons, shields, tags, and more.

Custom shape option is also available.

Beanie Flex and Beanie Pro offer four signature patterns:
• Fusion – two colors blended together
• Contrast – two colors alternating for a bold look
• Roro – a unique two‑color texture pattern
• Wide Ribbed – a thicker, textured knit

Or Kids.

Pompoms are available in all 12 core colors and can match same color as the beanie. Each pompom is handcrafted in the USA using the same premium acrylic yarn as our beanies.

Yes. We offer UV Print on or laser on Leatherette, custom patches, branded packaging, and GS1‑compliant UPC/GTIN codes for retail programs.

Our standard minimum is 60 units. Smaller runs may be approved depending on the design and customization. Orders under 60 include a 20% small‑batch production fee to cover additional setup and labor.

You can order up to 5,000 blank beanies directly on our website. Custom order done through our sales team or your dedicated account manager.

Orders over 5,001 units are handled through our customer service team to ensure accurate scheduling and production planning.

Lead times vary by season and order size, but domestic production allows us to move quickly and maintain consistent quality. 1 to 2 weeks depending on the order size.
