How to Order from The Beanie Factory

Ordering blank or retail-ready beanies?
Open a business account or contact us directly and our team will handle everything for you.
New customer?
You can open a new business account at any time. For the fastest process, submit a free mockup request. This will automatically pre-generate your business account, and your new account manager will contact you directly.
1. Submit a Free Mockup Request or Order Blanks
Share your logo or design details, or select blank beanies. We'll create a digital mockup and email it to you within 24 business hours (Mon–Fri).
2. Approve Your Mockup
Review the mockup and request any changes. Once approved, we'll send you an accurate quote.
3. Approve Quote & Make Payment
After payment, your order is officially placed into production. Your business account will be finalized if it wasn't already created.
4. First Sample Approval
We'll produce a first sample beanie and send you a photo for final approval before full production begins.
5. Production & Shipping
Once approved, we complete production and ship your order.
- Beanies are packed 60 per box
- USPS shipping: 2–5 business days
- Orders over 10 boxes ship via LTL freight
