The Beanie Factory is a veteran owned, factory direct manufacturer located in Parma, Ohio, and the brand name was officially established in 2022 under Haakwear LLC. From the beginning, the mission has been clear. Build a true American manufacturing operation that customers can work with directly, without brokers, middlemen, or overseas outsourcing. Every product we make is designed, knitted, cut, sewn, customized, inspected, and shipped from our own facility on Broadview Road. This single‑facility model gives us complete control over quality, consistency, and production timelines, which is something very few companies in the promotional products industry can genuinely offer.

The company was founded by a United States Army veteran who understood the importance of reliable, comfortable gear in demanding environments. That experience led to the development of our patented H Stitch technology. Instead of removing seams, the H Stitch relocates the traditional top center seam to the sides of the beanie. This adjustment allows the beanie to contour more naturally to the shape of the head and eliminates the pressure point that usually forms at the crown. The result is a beanie that fits better under helmets, hard hats, and protective equipment, making it especially valuable for construction crews, utility workers, first responders, and anyone who wears headwear for long periods of time.

Although the H Stitch is one of our signature innovations, it represents only a portion of what we offer. The Beanie Factory produces a full range of traditional beanies, knit caps, winter hats, watch caps, ribbed knits, jacquard patterned styles, pom pom hats, and youth sizes. Every style is fully customizable and made with the same level of craftsmanship that defines our patented products. All of our knitwear is produced using premium acrylic yarn selected for durability, softness, warmth, and long term color retention. We knit every beanie in house and maintain strict quality control throughout the entire process.

As our capabilities have grown, so has our product line. In addition to knitwear, we manufacture modern promotional accessories such as Smart Plus NFC infused keychains and custom leatherette keychains available in a wide range of colors, shapes, and finishes. These items give brands a more memorable and functional way to connect with their audience at trade shows, corporate events, conferences, and customer appreciation programs.

Customization is one of the strongest parts of our business. We offer precision laser engraved patches, full color UV printed patches, direct embroidery, woven patches, jacquard knitting, custom woven labels, and private label packaging for retail ready presentation. Every patch is sewn on for maximum durability, and every design is supported by complimentary digital mockups created by real designers. We also provide artwork cleanup, vectorization, and creative guidance to ensure the final product looks exactly the way it should.
