Your free digital mockup request has been received. Our team at The Beanie Factory will create your custom design and email it to you within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday).

Once you approve the mockup, we’ll send you an accurate quote. After quote approval and payment, your order moves into production. We’ll produce a first sample beanie and send you a photo for final approval before full production begins.

After approval, we’ll complete production and ship your order. Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days via USPS when using our shipping account. Beanies are packed 60 per box.

For orders over 10 boxes, we recommend LTL freight shipping. LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) is used for larger shipments, typically 150 lbs or more, that take up part of a truck rather than a full trailer.
