Our beanies fit so well in the field because they were designed by someone who’s been there. The Beanie Factory’s founder, U.S. Army veteran Mr. Hamoud, was inspired to create this product after years of wearing uncomfortable beanies while on duty.

Yes, there is a one-time setup fee for digitizing your artwork for embroidery. This fee covers the creation of your custom embroidery file, which we keep on file for future orders at no additional charge. There is no setup fee for laser engraved patches from our ready made patch sizes.
Can I mix and match colors in one order?
Absolutely. You can mix colors and styles within your order as long as you meet the minimum quantity of 60 units per style and color combination.
How many thread colors can I use in my embroidery?
We can accommodate up to 15 thread colors in a single embroidery design. However, simpler designs with fewer colors often produce the cleanest, most professional results.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
